Director of Fitness Center- Ricki Schneider
Hi! Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Ricki Schneider, and I have been a personal trainer at Four Seasons for 4 years now and am now the new Director of the Fitness Center. I graduated from Villa Julie College with a B.S degree, and I am AFAA and ACE certified. Additionally, I hold certifications in Weight Management Consulting and Sports Nutrition. Helping people achieve their health and fitness goals is my passion. I’ve always enjoyed all types of physical activity, and I’m committed to staying fit and healthy. Director of Personal Trainers- Ken Knapp
Hi Everybody! My name is Ken Knapp and I am the Head Trainer here at 4 Seasons. Health and fitness have been my passion for as long as I can remember, leading me to pursue a life filled with athletics, fitness education, and finally, a career in the health and fitness field. I was a competitive NPC bodybuilder until 2001, when I decided long term health was more important than overly developed muscles. For 10 years I have been teaching personal trainers and clients how to enrich their lives, and the lives of others, with the proper incorporation of health and fitness. I am certified through IFPA and am currently studying for a certification with NSCA. Because health and fitness are my passion, I would do this for free if I didn’t have to work! I would love to meet everyone at 4 Seasons to see how I can use my experience and knowledge to enrich their current life experience.

Personal Trainer/ Group Exercise Instructor- Vinnie Legge
Hi, my name is Vinnie Legge; I have been a group fitness instructor for three years and a certified personal trainer for over two years. I received my certification through SCW and continue with health and fitness education by attending conferences, specialty classes, and by reading health and nutrition books, magazines and participating with on-line health and fitness sites. I’m committed to health and fitness. We only have one life and one body and I believe it’s our responsibility to take care of it in order to live a long healthy and active life. Being a personal trainer has been very rewarding for me because I have seen firsthand how people’s lives can change by educating them on proper nutrition and fitness. Personal Trainer- Liz Kohler
Hello. My name is Liz Kohler. Making the time to stay healthy is very important, so exercising has always been part of my life. It might seem a little selfish but staying fit keeps me sane. I love to swim, run, and cycle. Furthermore, I love to play a variety of different sports. Strength training is another ongoing activity I benefit from. Since I enjoy it so much, now I am a Certified Personal Trainer through AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America), the world’s largest fitness educator. I graduated from Towson State University in 1986 and received a BS degree. During my college years, I participated in several races, including the Towson Enduro Triathlon and the Susan G Komen Race for the Cure. If you need safe guidance with positive encouragement to lose weight and tone up or just to be healthier and stronger, I would love to help!

Personal Trainer/ Sales Associate- Joe Bowers
I have been a trainer here at Four Seasons going on 3 years now. I am a graduate of McDaniel College. I hold a BA degree in Exercise Science, with minors in athletic administration and athletic training. I played 4 years of college football with McDaniel; I also played numerous sports in high school. I hold a certification in personal training with AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America) and am currently studying for a personal training certificate with ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine). I have specialized myself in strength and sports training, although I am knowledgeable in various aspects of health and fitness. I enjoy working with hard working goal focused clients. So if you want to meet your goals, and will stop at nothing until you do feel free to come and let me know.

Personal Trainer/ Group Exercise Instructor- Terri Stoll
Terri Stoll has twenty seven years of experience in the Health & Fitness industry. She has been a Group Exercise Instructor and a personal trainer at 4 Seasons for over eight years. She holds certifications from ACE, AFAA and is CPR/AED certified. Terri has had extensive training in MAT (Muscle Activation) plus boxing, aquatics and yoga/pilates. She is also qualified in weight training, strength and agility training. She loves to coach and set goals for her clients. Terri is truly motivated by her client’s success!
Terri is passionate about healthy living and fitness. She understands the need for balance and enjoys working with both young and more mature clients.

Personal Trainer- Jen Lettau B.A. C.S.C.S I’m back! After college I moved away from my hometown of Hampstead to gain experience in the big cities but now after having 2 little girls I am back in Hampstead raising my family. I have over 7 years of training experience starting off with post rehab and general fitness coaching at John’s Hopkins and then turning to more specific training in Annapolis training high school and college athletes and helping my clients lose over 1000 pounds of unwanted weight. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from McDaniel College and I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA. My education, certification and continuing effort to maintain proper standards have given me the knowledge to be able to work with clients from kids to seniors. I have great respect for fitness and the science behind it. I will never say that I have all the answers because science changes every day and I too learn new and exciting advances that better my training allowing my clients to benefit from it. I’m a tough cookie but I’m also compassionate and understanding, I love people and I will do everything in my power to make sure you succeed in your goals.

Personal Trainer- Ethan Markowitz
My name is Ethan Markowitz. I am a National Strength Professionals Association (NSPA) certified personal trainer. NSPA is the only certification in the country that teaches the High Intensity Strength Training System. I am able to work with all age groups and ability levels. I am also a certified cardiac rehab specialist and hold a BS from Towson University in sport management. I have a passion for helping others and find working out lots of fun.
