Four Seasons Group Fitness program will keep you motivated. Certified instructors lead a variety of classes like, Step, BodyPUMP, Cycle, Silver Sneakers and BodyCOMBAT. Our classes are designed to help you meet your individual goals. All instructors will show you the various levels of difficulty during their classes. We offer cardiovascular, muscular strength/toning and flexibility classes to enhance the components of good health. Classes are held in a 3500 square feet air-conditioned, 1 ¼” Transition floor room. ____________________________________________________________________________

Classes are offered in 30, 45 and 60-minute intervals. All Instructors encourage members to monitor their heart rates and work at their own level of intensity to get the maximum benefit from their cardiovascular workout. Everyone is welcome to attend any of the scheduled classes.

CLASS ETIQUETTEIf you are unable to warm-up with the instructor, we ask that you engage in the appropriate warm-up prior to joining the class. We also encourage stretching to those that need to leave class early.
Class Descriptions
Cardiovascular: (c)
Cycle - Using our Gregg Lemond indoor cycles our instructors will lead you through a cardio class where you will improve your cardiovascular system and improve muscle strength/endurance. Your instructor will provide instructional cues while riding to motivating music as you are lead through flats, hills, climbs simulating an outdoor ride. Introduce yourself to your cycle instructor to ensure your bike fits your ride. Once arriving to the club to take this class please sign up at the front desk for your bike.
HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) - Warm up with Cycle then upstairs for intervals of weights and cardio.
BodySTEP - An energizing step workout that uses cardio blocks to push fat burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone your body.
Step - Using a step, the instructor will break down each movement and by the end of class you will have completed a great cardio class.
BodyJAM - Is the cardio exercise program where you are free to enjoy the sensation of dance. An addictive fusion of teh latest dance moves and hottest new sounds puts the emphasis as much on having fun as breaking a sweat.
BodyCOMBAT - Is the empowering cardio exercise program where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by Martial Arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, Kick-boxing, Tae Kwon Do, Tai Chi, and Muay Thai.
Muscle Strength/Conditioning: (s/t)
BodyPUMP - The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60 minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts, and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for - and fast!
Silver Sneakers - For the young at heart. Moving to music from the 50's, 60's, and 70's, toning your body.
ABS/CORE - An abdominal workout which will help with posture, helping strengthening your abs and back area (30 min)
Mind and Body: (m)
BodyFLOW - Is the yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates exercise program that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves, and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.
Pilates - Lengthening and Strengthening your entire body simply using your own body weight, ballet barre, resist-a-ball and bands. you will feel rejuvenated.
Yoga - Experience the benefits of yoga as you are encouraged to improve your balance, flexibility, strength, and meditation to complete your yoga class with Yoga Joe.
